By accessing or using TapYourBoat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

TapYourBoat provides a marketplace connecting boat owners with renters. We do not own, operate, or manage any boats listed on the platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to owner approval unless marked as instant booking. Pricing is set by individual boat owners. TapYourBoat is not responsible for disputes between owners and renters.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using rented boats.

5. Limitation of Liability

TapYourBoat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform or any boat rental arranged through it.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
